【摘要】 目的:系统评价肌内效贴在脑性瘫痪患儿治疗中的疗效,为肌内效贴应用于脑性瘫痪患儿的治疗提供循证医学证据。方法:使用计算机在数据库中检索在脑性瘫痪患儿的治疗中应用了肌内效贴的文献,其中英文数据库包括PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中文数据库包括中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)。检索时限为建库至2022年5月6日。2位研究人员通过对检索结果进行文献筛选后确定了开展Meta分析的文献并对其进行了相关数据的收集和偏倚风险评估。结果:纳入23篇文献,共有脑性瘫痪患儿1369例,其中实验组689例,对照组680例。实验组在粗大运动功能评分量表(GMFM)-D区评分[MD=3.69,95%CI(1.85,5.53),P<0.0001]、GMFM-E区评分[MD=3.42,95%CI(1.11,5.73),P=0.004]、跟耳实验的评分[MD=9.33,95%CI(2.50,16.17),P=0.007]、UEFT评分[MD=10.97,95%CI(6.55,15.39),P<0.00001]、BBS评分[MD=2.48,95%CI(0.11,4.84),P=0.04]及降低MAS评分[MD=-0.65,95%CI(-1.08,-0.22),P=0.003]方面均高于对照组。但是实验组足背屈角[MD=-2.41,95%CI(-5.94,1.12),P=0.18]、股角[MD=5.40,95%CI(-2.96,13.77),P=0.21]与对照组之间无统计学意义。结论:肌内效贴对于脑瘫儿童的粗大运动功能、平衡、精细运动有一定的改善作用,但对于肌张力的改善作用还需要进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of kinesio taping in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy,and provide evidence-based medical evidence for the application of kinesio taping in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:Using the computer to search the database of the application of kinesio taping in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy,English databases include PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and Chinese databases include China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),CNKI,Wanfang Database,and VIP Database.The retrieval period is from the establishment of the database to May 6,2022.After literature screening of the search results,two researchers identified the references for meta-analysis,collected relevant data and assessed the risk of bias.Results:A total of 23 literatures were included,including 1369 children with cerebral palsy,689 in the experimental group and 680 in the control group.In the experimental group,the gross motor Function Scale(GMFM)-D score[MD=3.69,95% CI(1.85,5.53),P<0.000),GMFM-E score [MD=3.42,95%CI(1.11,5.73),P=0.004],and the score in heel and ear test[MD=9.33,95%CI(2.50,16.17),P=0.007] and UEFT score [MD=10.97,95%CI(6.55,15.39),P<0.00001],BBS score [MD=2.48,95%CI(0.11,4.84),P=0.04] and decreased MAS score[MD=-0.65,95%CI(-1.08,-0.22),P=0.003]were higher than those in the control group.However,the dorsiflexion Angle[MD=-2.41,95%CI(-5.94,1.12),P=0.18],femoral Angle[MD=5.40,95%CI(-2.96,13.77),P=0.21] had no statistical significance with the control group.Conclusion:The kinesio taping can improve the gross motor function,balance and fine motor of children with cerebral palsy to some extent,but the improvement of muscle tone needs further research.更多还原
