基于GDIA的钢铁连铸安全生产管控系统信息需求数据模型

【摘要】 应用信息化技术实施安全生产管控是钢铁行业的研究热点,当前研究侧重以技术为中心提出解决方案,缺少探讨人和技术元素之间有效交互、协同方式。本文基于GDIA识别钢铁连铸安全生产管控的主要目标、达成的4个决策点和用于制定决策的3个层次信息需求;构建UML用例数据模型和4个序列数据模型以准确地描述达成4个决策点的过程中,安全生产管控系统应提供的信息和服务、系统内部的工作流程及与安全生产管理人员之间的交互行为逻辑;最后基于GDI结构图和UML数据模型开展系统功能设计实现与验证,实现基于安全生产人员心智模型的人机高效交互与协同,提供以技术为基础、以人为中心的信息化、智能化安全生产管控服务,促进钢铁连铸安全生产管控效能提升。

【Abstract】 The application of information technology to implement production safety control is a research hotspot in the iron and steel industry, and the current research focuses on proposing solutions centered on technology, but lacks the way to explore the effective interaction and synergy between human and technology elements. Based on GDIA, this paper identifies the main goals of production safety control in steel continuous casting, the four decision points to be reached and the three levels of information needs for decision making; constructs UML use case data model and four sequence data models to accurately describe the information and services that the production safety control system should provide in the process of reaching the four decision points, the workflow within the system and the interaction behavior logic with the safety management personnel; finally, based on the GDI structure diagram and UML structure model, the system provides the information and services to be provided by the system, and the interaction behavior logic with the safety management personnel. Finally, based on the GDI structure diagram and UML data model, the system function design is implemented and verified to realize efficient human-computer interaction and collaboration based on the mental model of safety production personnel, to provide technology-based, human-centered informatization and intelligent safety production control services, and to promote the efficiency of steel continuous casting safety production control.
