冷轧电工钢薄板月牙剪切过程仿真分析研究

【摘要】 本文针对某钢企冷轧线电工钢薄板月牙剪切断裂过程及提高月牙断面剪切质量之目的,对月牙剪切工艺参数优化展开技术攻关的实际需求,深入分析了月牙加工过程。首先针对电工钢板材,设计了不同应力状态下的缺口拉伸试样,通过电子万能试验机对缺口拉伸试样进行了拉伸实验研究,获得了板材拉伸过程中的载荷位移曲线,进而通过Abaqus有限元软件建立了不同缺口拉伸试样的仿真模型,结合拉伸实验数据反求Johnson-Cook本构模型和断裂准则的参数。通过设置典型仿真工况,改变剪切工艺参数,分析剪切工艺参数对带钢缺陷产生的影响,找到带钢月牙剪切区域易发生断裂的原因,为电工钢板材月牙剪剪切参数的选择提供理论指导。

【Abstract】 Given the cutting process of Electrical steel thin plate crescent shear in a cold rolling line of a steel enterprise and the purpose of improving the cutting quality of the crescent section, the actual demand for optimizing the cutting process parameters of the crescent shear is carried out, and the cutting process of Electrical steel crescent shear is deeply analyzed.Firstly, notch tensile specimens under different stress states were designed for oriented Electrical steel sheets. The tensile test of notch tensile specimens was carried out using an electronic universal testing machine, and the load-displacement curve in the tensile process of the sheet was obtained. Then, the simulation models of different notch tensile specimens were established through Abaqus finite element software, and the parameters of the Johnson-Cook constitutive model and fracture criterion were inversely calculated based on the tensile test data. By setting typical simulation conditions, changing shear process parameters, and analyzing the impact of shear process parameters on strip steel damage, finding the reasons for the fracture of the crescent shear area of strip steel, reducing the possibility of band breakage at the weld, and providing theoretical guidance for the selection of shear parameters of electrical steel plate crescent shear.
