绿色数智化流体系统推进酸轧联合机组工艺技术变革再造

【摘要】 近二十年来,中冶京诚酸轧联合机组技术取得了令人瞩目的进步,伴随着新中国钢铁工业一同成长,紧抓酸轧联合机组发展机遇,发挥多专业技术协同优势,历经众多工程洗礼,与用户一起成长,率先完成全流程酸轧联合机组生产工艺装备自主集成。日趋成熟的绿色钢铁解决方案云集多项自主知识产权,以流体系统装备为重要支撑,深度融合专属中冶京诚的低碳绿色和数智化DNA,以数智化和装备创新为抓手,在碳减排、污染控制、能效提升、循环利用等诸多维度推动酸轧联合机组工艺技术变革再造。
【Abstract】 In the past two decades, the technology of MCC Jingcheng acid rolling combined unit has made remarkable progress. With the development of new China Steel’s iron and steel industry, it has seized the development opportunity of acid rolling combined unit, given play to the advantages of multi professional technology synergy, experienced many engineering baptisms, and grown with users, taking the lead in completing the independent integration of production process equipment of the whole process acid rolling combined unit. The increasingly mature green steel solutions gather multiple independent intellectual property rights, with fluid system equipment as an important support, deeply integrating the exclusive low-carbon green and digital DNA of MCC Jingcheng. With digital and equipment innovation as the starting point, they promote the transformation and reconstruction of acid rolling combined unit process technology in various dimensions such as carbon emission reduction, pollution control, energy efficiency improvement, and recycling.
