退火温度对1500MPa冷轧Q&P钢组织性能的影响

【摘要】 通过三种不同的退火工艺参数的变化研究了1500MPa级淬火配分(Quenching and Partitioning,简称Q&P)钢的组织、残余奥氏体含量及力学性能的变化规律,不同退火工艺参数下的试验钢均由铁素体、马氏体和残余奥氏体组成,但各相的含量和晶粒尺寸存在较大差异。结果表明随着退火温度的提升,延伸率和屈服强度随之逐步下降,但抗拉强度在临界区退火温度下逐步降低,在全奥氏体化退火温度得到提升。力学性能主要受相比例和细晶强化作用共同影响。

【Abstract】 Three different annealing processes were applied to the quenching and partitioning(Q&P) steel with tensile strength of 1500MPa, the microstructure, retained austenite fraction and mechanical property were analyzed. The microstructure composed of ferrite, martensite and retained austenite was obtained, the content and grain size of each phase were completely different. Consequently, the elongation decreased, yield strength increased, the tensile strength first invarinted and then increased with the increasement of annealing temperature. The cooperation of phase fraction and refined strengthening have primary influence on mechanical property.
