等轴晶薄带连铸与短流程电工钢
Strip Casting with Equiaxed Grains and Electrical Steels by the Short Production Processes

【摘要】 提出采用动量布流的侧注式双辊薄带连铸方法,从理论和实验两方面验证了采用该方法可以制备具有等轴晶凝固组织的连铸薄带,形成等轴晶凝固组织的原因在于动量布流造成的熔池涡旋。考察了采用侧注式双辊薄带连铸带坯的短流程电工钢制备技术。实验室制备的短流程0.35mm厚、3.0Si%(质量分数)无取向硅钢B50=1.77T,P15/50=3.31W/kg;实验室制备的短流程0.23mm厚、3.0%Si取向硅钢B8=1.92T,P17/50=1.31W/kg;实验室制备的短流程0.1mm厚、6.5%Si高硅钢,磁性能与JFE相应产品典型值相当,实验室制备的短流程0.08mm厚、6.5%Si高硅钢磁性能更优。
【Abstract】 A top side-pouring twin-roll strip casting method with molten steel’s momentum distribution is proposed. It is verified from both theoretical and experimental aspects that this method can prepare thin strips with equiaxed grain solidification microstructure. The reason for the formation of equiaxed grain solidification microstructure is the vortex in the molten pool caused by the momentum distribution.The short production process method of electrical steels using top side-pouring twin-roll strip casting is investigated. The magnetic properties of the 0.35mm thick 3.0wt% Si non-oriented silicon steel prepared by the method in the laboratory are that B50=1.77T and P15/50=3.31W/kg. The magnetic properties of the 0.23mm thick 3.0wt% Si grain-oriented silicon steel prepared by the method in the laboratory are that B8=1.92T and P17/50=1.31W/kg. The magnetic properties of 0.1mm thick 6.5wt% Si high silicon steel prepared by the method in the laboratory is equivalent to that of the typical JFE products, while the 0.08mm thick 6.5wt% Si high silicon steel prepared in the laboratory has better magnetic properties than that of the typical JFE products.
