液相沉淀法制备超细Co3O4粉体的研究

【摘要】 以CoCl2·6H2O和NH4HCO3为原料,采用液相沉淀法制备了形貌为八面体晶体的Co3O4粉体。主要研究了沉淀温度、pH值等参数对沉淀率、颗粒尺寸的影响,并采用X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电镜、激光粒度分析仪、热重-差热(TG-DSC)热分析仪等对样品进行了分析及表征。结果表明,通过对温度及pH值的控制可以避免生成胶状沉淀,并可把沉淀率提高到98%以上,沉淀物经600℃煅烧,最终可以得到形貌为八面体晶体的Co3O4粉体。
【Abstract】 The Co3O4 powder was prepared by liquid precipitation method using CoCl2·6 H2O and as raw saterials.It’s shape appearance is the octahedron crystal.The effects of the precipitation temperature,pH value on precipitation efficiency,particle size were studied.Analysis and superficial characteristics on the sample were carried out by the X-ray diffraction,SEM,laser particles analysis and TG-DSC thermal analyzer.Results are shown that colloidal precipitation can be inhibited by controlling the temperature and pH value.In addition,the precipitation efficiency is up to 98%.Co3O4 with the octahedron crystal was gained after being calcined at 600℃.
