烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体断裂及强度分析

【摘要】 为分析影响烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体断裂强度的因素,本文研究了烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体抗弯强度及断裂韧性各向异性,发现磁体抗弯强度和断裂韧性沿平行于取向方向和垂直于取向方向存在较大的差异。当应力方向平行于磁化方向时,抗弯强度和断裂韧性较高。烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体断裂为沿晶断裂,在烧结过程中存在较强的收缩各向异性,这来自于铸锭生长过程中造成的富钕相相对于主相的择优分布。该择优分布可能最终导致磁体抗弯强度各向异性。进一步研究了稀土氢化物添加对烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体力学性能的影响,分析表明添加稀土氢化物有助于加快磁体烧结行为进行、改善磁体微观结构,从而提高材料的抗弯强度。

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the factors related to mechanical strength of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets,the anisotropy of bending strength and fracture toughness had been studied.The average bending strength and fracture toughness tested by applying load parallel to the easy axis direction are larger than those along direction perpendicular to the easy axis direction.It shows intergranular fracture of investigated magnets.The effect of PrH_x addition on the magnetic properties,microstructure and bending strength of the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets had been studied.It shows that PrH_x addition can effectively improve the bending strength of experimental magnets and at the same time,enhance the coercivity of the magnets.Analysis shows that PrH_x addition can improve the diffusion rates and thus the microstructure was changed and bending strength increased.
