高炉喷吹废塑料颗粒输送管道压损的研究

【摘要】 在高炉喷吹废塑料过程中,废塑料颗粒输送管道压力损失是重要参数之一。研究得出了输送管内废塑料颗粒压力损失系数与弗劳德准数的定量关系式,废塑料颗粒速度与单位管长压力损失的关系,以及水平弯管和垂直上升弯管中颗粒速度与单位管长压力损失的关系。
【Abstract】 The pressure loss in the conveying pipe is one of the important parameters in the course of injecting waste plastics particles into blast furnace.The quantitative relational expression between the coefficient of pressure loss and the Froude number was obtained;The relations between the speed of waste plastics particles and the pressure loss of per unit length in the conveying pipe and the horizontal and the rising vertical elbow pipes also were obtained by this study.
