氦冷Φ660 mm铸锭偏析及均匀化工艺模拟

【摘要】 为了研究国内首次生产的Φ660 mm GH169铸锭组织特征及相关均匀化工艺,采用扫描电镜、能谱仪观察分析了该合金的组织及相关成分,利用模型预测了合金高温的均匀化工艺,结果表明:与小尺寸铸锭,Φ660 mmGH169合金Nb元素的偏析不是太严重,但存在较大的枝晶间距,模拟结果显示该合金均匀化工艺为:1160℃/18 h+1180℃/78 h。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate first home-produced Φ660 mm GH169 alloy,the microstructure of as cast GH169 and the distributions of the alloying elements during homogenizing treatment were studied by optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy and EDAX.Meanwhile,the relationship of segregation parameter δ and several processing parameters was also studied on the basis of Nb through theoretical model.The results show:Φ660 mm GH169 ingot Nb element segregation is relative low,but dendritic distance is quite large;Results of theoretic calculation indicated that Nb distribution in Φ660 mm of alloy 169 is relative uniform after heat treatment of 1160℃/18 h+1180℃/78 h.
