磨矿介质对方铅矿表面性质和浮选行为的影响

【摘要】 利用SEM、XPS及浮选试验考察磨矿介质对方铅矿表面性质和浮选行为的影响。结果表明,采用瓷介质与铁介质磨矿时,方铅矿表面形态、表面氧化产物及浮选行为存在明显差异。采用瓷介质磨矿时,方铅矿的浮选效果明显好于采用铁介质磨矿的情形,更有利于方铅矿的浮选回收。采用铁介质磨矿时,方铅矿表面粗糙,腐蚀严重,存在大量的非晶质化亲水性的PbSO4和FeOOH是造成方铅矿表面亲水性增强,浮选回收率低的主要原因。
【Abstract】 The effects of grinding media on surface properties and flotation performance of galena are investigated by means of SEM,XPS and flotation experiment.The results show that there exist great differences in surface morphology,oxidation species and flotation behavior of galena ground with ceramic or iron media.Grinding with ceramic media is beneficial to flotation of galena,the much better flotation effect than that grinding with iron media is achieved.The high hydnophilicity and low flotation recovery of galena ground with iron media are mainly resulted from high surface roughness and serious corrosion and existence of a plenty of amorphous and hydrophilic PbSO4 and FeOOH.
