茶树离体培养中外植体防褐化途径与应用

【摘要】 本文概述了降低茶树外植体褐化方法的研究现状。褐化是材料基因型、生理状态、培养基成分和培养条件等多因素共同作用的结果,结合目前研究结果,提出了一整套的降低茶树腋芽褐化的方法体系,并且进行了实际利用,认为多种措施配合使用可能更有助于减轻外植体褐化,适宜的取材季节、外植体的类型和大小、无机盐离子浓度、培养温度等因素的良好组合,能够显著的降低茶树腋芽的褐化,提高茶树离体培养工作的效率。
【Abstract】 In this paper we review the work carried out on controlling explant browning in vitro culture of Camellia sinensis.The rate of tissue browning is influenced by several factors prior to and after explant isolation,depends on the material genotype,physiological state,medium composition,culture conditions and the season when explants are collected and so on.Combined with the current research,we found a good combination of suitable season of collected material,the type and size of explants,the concentration of inorganic ions,incubation temperature and other factors can significantly reduce the browning of tea explants,and improve the efficiency of tea in vitro culture.
