氮磷钾肥配施对茶叶香气品质及其形成的影响

【摘要】 对适制绿茶品种进行氮磷钾配合施肥(施用比例为N:P205:K20为3:1:1)试验,试验设计为每公顷每年施用纯氮量0、200、300、400、500kg五个处理(分别记为N0、N200、N300、N400、N500)。于一芽二叶期采集春茶鲜样,采用SDE法提取其鲜叶香气成分、GC/MS法分析其香精油、pNP法测定β-葡萄糖苷酶活性、实时荧光定量PCR技术测定β-葡萄糖苷酶和β-樱草糖苷酶基因的相对表达量。结果表明,当纯氮的年施用量为300~400kg/hm2时,茶鲜叶香气种类及有益香气成分含量增加较为明显,β-葡萄糖苷酶活性较高,β-葡萄糖苷酶及β-樱草糖苷酶基因的相对表达量上调,茶鲜叶香气品质较为理想。

【Abstract】 Effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on spring fresh tea shoots aroma quality and formation mechanism of Camellia sinensis(L.) cv.Pingyangtezao had been conducted.The amounts of pure nitrogen fertilizer applied were set respectively at 0 kg/hm~2,200 kg/hm~2,300 kg/hm~2,400 kg/hm~2 and 500 kg/hm~2(recorded as N0,N200,N300,N400 and N500).The spring tea shoots were consisted of one bud and two leaves.The aroma compounds were extracted with SDE method and analyzed by GC/MS.The β-glucosidase activities were determined by the pNP method and the relative expression levels of β-glucosidase gene andβ-primeverosidase gene were measured by the real-time PCR technique.The results showed that when fertilizing pure nitrogen rate at 300~400 kg/hm~2,the varieties and amounts of aroma composition in spring tea shoots obviously increased,the activity of β-glucosidase increased,the relative expression levels of β-glucosidase gene and β-primeverosidase gene also rised,and the tea aroma quality was more ideal.
