茶园土壤中水溶性酚酸和复合态酚酸含量调查
Analysis of the Content and Difference of Water-soluble Phenolic Acids and Complex Phenolic Acids in Tea Garden Soil

【摘要】 对来自江苏、安徽(主要是安徽)、贵州、云南、湖南等地共计97份茶园土壤样品中水溶性酚酸和复合态酚酸的含量测试结果表明:茶园土壤中水溶性酚含量范围在1.81~32.7μg/g土之间,其中含量在20μg/g以下的,占样本总数的91.75%;复合态酚酸含量范围在91.9~2612.95μg/g土之间,其中,含量在100~1500μg/g土之间的,占样本总数的93.2%。茶园土壤0~20cm表层酚酸含量高于20~40cm土层酚酸含量。
【Abstract】 The content of water-soluble phenolic acids and complex phenolic acids had been determined in 97 tea garden soil samples from five provinces including Jiangsu,Anhui,Guizhou,Yunnan and Hunan,mainly from Anhui province.The results as follow:The content of water-soluble phenolic acids in tea garden soil ranged from1.81 μg/g dry soil to 32.7 μg/g dry soil,in which 91.75% soil samples were below 20μg/g.The content of complex phenolic acids in tea garden soil ranged from 91.9μg/g dry soil to 2612.95 μg/g dry soil,and 93.2% of them varied between 100μg/g and 1500μg/g.The phenolic acids content in 0~20 cm soil layer was higher than that in 20~40 cm soil layer in these tea garden soil samples.
