不同绿茶品系光合特性及叶绿素含量的研究
Study on photosynthetic characteristic and chlorophyll content of different green tea varieties

【摘要】 在自然条件下,以9个不同绿茶品系为材料,对其主要光合特性指标和叶绿素含量进行了研究。结果表明,不同绿茶品系间的光合特性参数、叶绿素均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。光合特性参数之间存在着一定的相关性,其中,Pn与Tr存在极显著的正相关、与Ci存在显著的负相关,WUE、Ci均与Tr存在显著的负相关,Ci与Gs存在极显著的正相关。聚类结果将10个绿茶品系划分为3类,20-3-2、20-3-3、03-7-4和04-3-3的光合特性较优。茶树叶片的叶绿素与Pn之间存在正相关,其中,Ch1a、Ch1与Pn之间存在显著性正相关,相关系数分别为0.798、0.703。
【Abstract】 The main photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll contents of nine different green tea varieties were studied under field condition.The results showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05) in photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll of different green-tea varieties.There were certain correlations between photosynthetic characteristics,and Pn had a very significant positive correlation with Tr,a significant negative correlation with Ci.Tr had a significant negative correlation with WUE and Ci,and Ci had a very significant positive correlation with Gs.According to the results from clustering analysis by SPSS,ten green-tea varieties were classified into three groups.20-3-2,20-3-3,03-7-4 and 04-3-3 were excellent in photosynthesis characteristics.Chlorophyll had a statistically positive correlation with Pn in tea leaves.And Chla and Ch1 had a significant positive correlation with Pn,the correlation coefficients being 0.798 and 0.703,respectively.
