【Abstract】 At present,colleges and universities are vigorously promoting the digital transformation of education,promoting the construction of teachers in colleges and universities through management,big data and other technical means,making full use of the existing data of our school,communicating and cooperating with various functional departments of our school in depth,facilitating the integration and analysis of the data of professional title evaluation of teachers and staff.Based on teacher data,a personal information platform for teachers and staffs is constructed to provide a complete dat.a link for the data needed in the evaluation of professional titles,and to provide data support for the decision-making of school leaders.It is of great practical significance to implement the development strategy of university teachers in the new era.更多还原
