【摘要】 教育数字化战略的开展为推动高校数据治理模式创新和治理水平的提升提供了良好的发展契机,同时,高校数据治理能力的提升也是教育数字化转型的重要保障。目前,高校在数据方面整体存在缺少数据素养共识、缺失数据质量评估、缺乏数据价值运营等罅隙困境,存在涉数人员职责不清、建管脱节、数据创新不足等问题,亟需从新的思维角度寻求端到端数据治理解决方案,实现治理能力和水平的发展。文中提出涵盖资产、技术、运营、管理四位一体的高校数据治理模型,并从促进数据价值提升的角度给出策略建议,为教育数字化转型深入推进提供指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The education digitalization strategy provides a good development opportunity to promote the innovation of data governance model and the improvement of governance level in colleges and universities,and at the same time,the improvement of data governance capacity is also an important guarantee for the digital transformation of education.At present,universities and colleges have an overall lack of data literacy consensus,missing data quality assessment,lack of data value operation and other gap dilemmas in terms of data,and there are problems such as unclear responsibilities of personnel involved in data,disconnect between construction and management,and insufficient data innovation,etc.,which urgently need to seek for an end-to-end data governance solution from the perspective of a new mindset to achieve the development of the governance capacity and level.This paper proposes a four-pronged university data governance model covering assets,technology,operation and management,and gives strategic suggestions from the perspective of promoting data value enhancement to provide guidance for the in-depth advancement of education digital trans formation.更多还原
