电动车干式双离合变速器液压控制系统设计开发

【摘要】 本文以自主研发的电动汽车两挡干式双离合变速器为基础,根据车辆参数确立双离合变速器传动系统;根据离合器转矩需求建立双离合变速器液压控制系统。对油路关键液压元件蓄能器和直接换挡电磁阀进行数学建模,根据其工作原理和工作特性利用AMESim软件建立液压油路模型,分析主油压对液压缸压力的影响,油温和电流对电磁阀的响应影响,蓄能器充气压力对系统压力的影响。通过以上仿真结果不同参数的对比分析,给出优化方案,并以此为基础开展了电磁阀动态响应特性实验,结果表明该液压控制系统对两挡干式双离合变速器具有良好的适应性。

【Abstract】 Based on the self-developed two gear dry double clutch transmission of electric vehicle,establish the drive system of double clutch transmission according to vehicle parameters;the hydraulic control system of dual clutch transmission is established on the basis of the torque demand of clutch.For the key hydraulic components of the oil circuit,the accumulator and the direct shift solenoid valve,are mathematically modeled.And this hydraulic oil circuit model is built in light of their working principle and working characteristics by using AMESim software.the model analyzed the influence of the main oil pressure on the hydraulic cylinder p ressure,the response of the oil temperature and current on the solenoid valve,and the impact of the accumulator’s charging pressure on the system pressure response.Through the comparative analysis of the above simulation results,we put forward the optimization scheme and carried out the dynamic response characteristic experiment of solenoid valve,which proved that the hydraulic control system has good adaptability to two gear dry double clutch transmission.
