旋风静电除尘器流场分布测试研究
The Study of Flow Field Distribution in Cyclone Electrostatic Precipitator

【摘要】 利用五孔探针系统对直筒式旋风静电除尘器模型的三维流场进行了测定。结果表明:供电电压大小对旋风静电除尘器内气流的切向和径向速度分布有一定正影响;与旋风除尘器相比,旋风静电除尘器内气流的切向速度和径向速度的变化更为平缓,轴向速度分布呈现出了一定的规律。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the flow field distribution in cyclone electrostatic precipitator(CESP)has been measured under different inlet gas velocities and voltage supply.It is conclude that as follow:The tangential velocities and radial velocities of air flow in CESP increase with inlet gas velocities.Direct voltage supply has a little effect on tangential velocities distribution and the radial velocities distribution.Compare with CESP and cyclone,the tangential velocity and radial velocity curve are more flat than that of no direct voltage supply.Under the same inlet gas velocity and supplying power,there have the similar axial velocities distribution at different cut.
