生物滴滤塔净化低浓度甲苯废气的研究

【摘要】 本论文研究了生物滴滤塔对低浓度甲苯废气(VOCs代表)的净化性能及其影响因素。结果表明,实验范围内净化效率随进气甲苯浓度的增大而减小;生化去除量(EC)则随进气甲苯浓度的增大而增大;停留时间越长,净化效率越大。当空床停留时间(EBRT) 10s甲苯浓度在184 mg/m~3-1223mg/m~3时,对应的生化去除量保持在62.4g/m~3·h-190.7g/m~3·h:当甲苯进气处于740mg/m3以下的低浓度时,只要EBRT达到30s时,净化效率可达到90.0%以上;当甲苯进气处于740-1300mg/m~3浓度范围时,需要通过生物滴滤塔串级运行而不是单纯依靠增加气体在生物滴滤塔内的停留时间来达到60mg/m~3排放要求。
【Abstract】 This article researched the biological elimination capacity of toluene of low concentration(as representative of VOCS pollutants) by biotrickling filter and the factors effecting the performance.The results showed that under experiment conditions,as the inlet toluene concentration increased,the removal efficiency decreased,while the elimination capacity decreased.The removal efficiency increased with the increase of the EBRT.When the EBRT is 10 s and the toluene concentration is 184 mg/m~3-1223 mg/m~3,the EC is 62.4 g/m~3.h-190.7 g/m~3.h.When the value of toluene concentration is low than 740 mg/m3.,the removal efficiency may reach 90.0% as EBRT is up to 30 s.While the toluene concentration is at the range of 740-1300 mg/m~3,it is not the increase of EBRT but multi-biotrickling filter reactor system should be adopted to meet 60 mg/m~3.
