开发RBF人工神经网络预测沙尘暴影响上海
Develop a RBF Artificial Neural Network to Forecast Impacts of Sandstorms to Shanghai City

【摘要】 本文介绍开发一个径向基函数(RBF)人工神经网络模型,应用于沙尘暴影响上海市的预测工作。以可吸人颗粒物的异常高空气污染指数(API)值的大小,作为讨论沙尘暴是否会影响上海市的判据。根据重点城市发表API日报的数据,以模式识别的思想开发RBF网络模型。以聚类分析进行初步中心的测定,再对RBF网络进行训练。网络结构以反复试验来确定,结果发现在隐蔽层上采用8个神经元可以达到比较好的结果。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the development of a radical basis function(RBF) artificial neural network for the forecasting of impacts of sandstorms to Shanghai City.Abnormal high air pollution index(API) values of PM10 are used as the criterion that whether a sandstorm generates impacts to Shanghai City.The daily API values of the 47 selected cities of China are used as the input data.The RBF network is developed based on pattern recognition concepts.The training of the network includes two steps:cluster analysis was applied as the first step to find the initial center vectors.The RBF network was then trained secondly.The structure of the RBF network was optimized based upon try and error method.It was found eight neurons on the hidden layer gave reasonable results.
