WOX9/13调控百合胚性细胞形成的分子机制

【摘要】 体细胞胚发生是植物细胞具有全能性的重要指标之一,也是百合种球培育、种质保存和遗传性状改良等环节中的重要再生途径。然而,目前百合体胚发生的分子机制尚未得到全面阐述。本研究聚焦于体胚发生初期体细胞胚性获得这一关键环节,以广泛参与植物胚胎建成和干细胞发育的WUSCHEL转录因子家族成员WOX为切入点,揭示了WOX9/13基因在百合胚性细胞形成中的关键作用,并进一步明确了WOX介导外源生长素调控百合胚性细胞形成的分子机制。本研究为百合种质改良和定向育种提供了理论依据,并为解析植物细胞全能性这一重要科学命题提供了新思路。
【Abstract】 Somatic embryogenesis(SE) is one of the important indicators of plant cells totipotency and is also the most promising regeneration pathway for efficient propagation,germplasm conservation and genetic improvement in Lilium.However,the molecular mechanism of lily embryogenic cell formation has not been fully elucidated.This study focuses on the key process of SE.We first identified the function of WOX9/13,the members of WUSCHEL transcription factor family,which is widely involved in plant embryogenesis and stem cell development,and further clarified the molecular mechanism of WOX-mediated exogenous auxin regulating the formation of embryonic cells.The results will provide a theoretical basis for the production and germplasm improvement of lily,and hopefully provide a possible way to analyze the important scientific topic of plant cell totipotency.
