百合基因工程育种的问题与展望

【摘要】 基因工程育种可以广泛利用生物界的基因,定向改变百合性状,从而达到百合常规育种不能达到的目标。本文在总结近年来百合基因工程育种工作的基础上,针对该领域存在的问题提出了建议:对自身基因的开发和外源基因的利用还有待增加;转化受体系统不够高效,应重视胚状体的诱导培养;目前广泛使用的基因枪法和农杆菌介导法分别存在着嵌合体多和转化率低的缺点,很多研究对此进行了技术上的优化,并得到了转基因百合,但是对于外源基因的整合情况和表达调控研究不足,大多数转基因百合并未改变实际性状。展望未来,从转基因百合到形成百合新品种还需要通过环境安全性评价,植物新品种审定等程序。

【Abstract】 Lily genetic engineering breeding can make use of all genes from biology and change the characteristics of lily directly,to achieve the breeding aims which the traditional breeding can not At the basis of summarization of the proceeding of lily genetic engineering in recent years,several suggestions were proposed to the problems in this field:more genes of lily should be cloned and more extragenes should be transformed to lily;because the transformation acceptor systems were not efficient enough,it should attached importance to develop embryoid culture;as the techniques of transformation,the transgenic rate by agrobacterium was low and a lot of chimeras would be produced by particle bombardment,some researchs made amendments and produced transgetic lilys,but the researches on the conformity and expression of extragenes were still not enough,most of the transgetic lilys did not chang their characteristics substantially.To develop a new lily variety from the transgenic lily need to pass tow programmes:environment security evaluation and new varieties of plant test.
