【摘要】 随着公民意识崛起,社区利益主体及其利益诉求逐渐多元化,利益冲突与共赢成为社区治理的关键问题。而在多种治理单元中,"城景村"因其城市、景区、村庄三位一体的特殊属性显现出更为复杂的治理问题,值得深入研究。武汉东湖大李文创村为"城景村"的典型代表,其在实施微改造的基础上构建了"共同缔造"模式,取得了一定的成效,其实践的经验与存在的不足值得深入探究。基于此,本文在分析"城景村"共同缔造特性的基础上,构建其实效性评价体系。从主体参与成熟度、客体建设满意度、制度供给完善度三个方面,对武汉东湖大李文创村"共同缔造"的实践效果进行评价;得出目前大李文创村的共同缔造行动仍处于咨询阶段,有进一步深入缔造的需求和空间。利用评价结果,总结梳理大李村共同缔造实践的经验与不足,并进一步提出"城景村"共同缔造实践深化、优化的相关策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rise of civic awareness, community interest subjects and their interest demands are gradually diversified. The conflicts of interest and win-win have become the key issues of community governance. Among the various governance units, the villages within cities and scenic areas, with its special and multiple attributes of city, scenic area and village, has revealed more complex issues and deserves to be studied in depth. Dali Cultural Innovation Village in the East Lake Scenic Area is a typical representative of this, which has built a "co-creation" model based on micro-renovation and has achieved good results. Based on this, this paper analyses the characteristics of the co-creation in villages within cities and scenic areas, and constructs its effectiveness evaluation system from three aspects: the maturity of subject participation, the satisfaction of object construction,and the perfection of system supply. It is concluded that the public participation in Dali Cultural Innovation Village is still in the consulting stage, and there is demand and space for further in-depth creation. Using the evaluation results, this paper summarize and sort out the experience and shortcomings of Dali Village’s "co-creation" practice, and propose relevant strategies for the deepening, optimization of such village’s "co-creation" practice.更多还原
