【摘要】 2019年,浙江省政府工作报告首次提出"未来社区"概念,这是继特色小镇之后被视为浙江"十三五"期间最具比较优势,最能带动全局的重大创新举措之一。其中"九大场景"被视为未来社区的核心内涵。什么是未来社区?"九大场景"设计的理论依据是什么?他们之间存在什么内在逻辑关系,"九大场景"及指标体系是否涵盖了未来社区应该具备的全部功能,这些问题尚未得到回答。本文从马克思社会有机体理论出发,认为"未来社区"是城市居民未来的生活方式,是构成城市有机体的组织,是相对独立的社会有机体。同时认为小到家庭、社区,大到城市、国家,都是社会有机体的不同表现形态。家庭是构成城市有机体的细胞,社区是构成城市有机体的组织,任何一个层级的有机体都存在着"血缘、政治、经济、思想、伦理"五大关系,相对应的存在着协调这五大关系的五大"器官";同时认为,未来社区由物质空间系统和社会系统构成,社会系统是生命主体,物质空间系统是生命主体的载体。"九大场景"是这两大系统的具体功能体现,是未来社区发展愿景的场景预设。从而回答了未来社区"九大场景"设计的理论依据,并通过结构推演,推导出了一级场景、二级场景的具体内涵,增补了二级场景的部分内涵,从而重构了未来社区九大场景分项指标体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2019, the zhejiang Provincial Government work report put forward the concept of "future community" for the first time, which is regarded as one of the major innovation measures that has the most comparative advantage and can drive the overall situation in zhejiang during the "13th Five-Year Plan" after characteristic towns. Among them, "nine scenes" are regarded as the core connotation of the future community.What is community of the future? What is the theoretical basis for the design of "Nine scenes" ? The question of what is the internal logic between them, and whether the "nine scenarios" and the indicator system cover all the features that communities should have in the future, has yet to be answered. Starting from Marx’s theory of social organism, this paper holds that "future community" is the lifestyle of urban residents in the future, the organization that constitutes urban organism, and a relatively independent social organism. At the same time, small family and community, large city and country are all different forms of social organisms. The family is the cell that constitutes the urban organism, and the community is the organization that constitutes the urban organism. Any organism at any level has five major relations, namely "blood relationship, politics, economy, ideology and ethics", and corresponding five "organs" that coordinate these five relations. At the same time, the future community is composed of material space system and social system. The social system is the main body of life, and the material space system is the carrier of the main body of life. "Nine scenes" are the concrete functions of the two systems and the scene presupposition of the future community development vision. Therefore, the theoretical basis for the design of "nine scenes" in the future community is answered, and the concrete connotation of the first scene and the second scene is deduced through the structural deduction, Added part of the connotation of the second scene,so as to reconstruct the sub-index system of the nine scenes in the future community.更多还原
