实用转向下村庄规划的四大思维与实践探索——以敦煌市七里镇杜家墩村为例

【摘要】 乡村振兴战略背景下,村庄规划成为各方关注的焦点,特别是在国家强调"无规划、不建设"的要求以及推进乡村规划覆盖的政策举措下,地方对乡村规划更多地赋予了"龙头"作用,以期通过规划的编制和实施来实现乡村振兴的总体目标。乡村规划的"实用性"被摆在了重要位置,当前的乡村随着不断和外部"能量"的交换,其特征呈现出多元分异,边界模糊等复杂特征,其决定了村庄规划手段和方法具有学科交叉,多元互补的特征,基于此本文在村庄规划实践的基础上提出村庄规划不仅要立足规划的系统思维,还应增强乡村地理的过程研究,深化对乡村发展特征、机制、规律的认知和理解,同时以策划思维,增强乡村赋能,匹配不同乡村发展的多元需求,并通过设计思维,增强乡土设计,更真实的规划乡村。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, village planning has become the focus of attention of all parties. Especially under the national emphasis on the requirement of "no planning, no construction" and the policy measures to promote the coverage of rural planning, local governments have given more "leaders" to rural planning. ", in order to achieve the overall goal of rural revitalization through the preparation and implementation of the plan. The "practicality" of rural planning has been placed in an important position. With the continuous exchange of "energy" with the outside world, the current villages are characterized by complex features such as multiple differentiation and blurred boundaries, which determine the means and methods of village planning. It has the characteristics of interdisciplinary and multi-complementary. Based on this,this paper proposes that village planning should not only be based on the systematic thinking of planning, but also strengthen the process research of rural geography, and deepen the understanding of the characteristics,mechanisms and laws of rural development. Cognition and understanding, at the same time, enhance rural empowerment with planning thinking, match the diverse needs of different rural development, and enhance rural design through design thinking, and plan rural areas more realistically.更多还原
