区域视角下苏中乡村空间特色化规划策略研究——以江苏省泰州市泰兴市黄桥镇祁巷村为例

【摘要】 对长三角城市群进行资料收集分析,通过实地勘察、询访村委等方法收集了多个苏中乡村的基础资料,梳理总结苏中乡村共性问题;以江苏省泰州市泰兴市黄桥镇祁巷村为例,总结产业结构、整体风貌、基础设施、特色空间、建筑风貌等方面的问题与不足,并提出针对性的规划策略和修建意象。案例研究结果表明,苏中地区乡村需从保留历史遗留特征、利用村庄原始地形、调动村民主观能动性、针对不同消费群体合理把握区域经济红利等四个方面入手,进行新时代多阶段乡村空间特色化规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collect and analyze the data of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta, collect the basic data of many villages in Central Jiangsu through on-the-spot investigation, consultation and visit to the village committee, and sort out and summarize the common problems in rural areas in Central Jiangsu; Taking Qixiang village, Huangqiao Town, Taixing City, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper summarizes the problems and deficiencies in industrial structure, overall style, infrastructure, characteristic space and architectural style, and puts forward targeted planning strategies and construction images. The results of the case study show that the rural areas in Central Jiangsu need to carry out multi-stage rural spatial characteristic planning in the new era from four aspects: retaining the historical characteristics, making use of the original terrain of the village,mobilizing the subjective initiative of the villagers, and reasonably grasping the regional economic dividend for different consumer groups.更多还原
