ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸缓解过敏性疾病的机制研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in alleviating allergic diseases

【摘要】 过敏性疾病包括过敏性鼻炎、食物过敏、哮喘和特应性皮炎等,近年来,过敏性疾病的流行率不断上升,越来越多的人深受其扰。大量研究发现,不同脂肪酸摄入会影响过敏性疾病的发生和发展。ω-3多不脂肪酸包括二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)及其前体亚麻酸,具有抗炎、抗氧化等作用,是构成细胞膜的结构性物质,可为机体提供能量,并且ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸及其在体内的代谢物可以调节机体免疫功能,进而影响过敏性疾病的发生及发展。文章综述了ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸摄入与过敏性疾病发生发展的关系、ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸影响过敏性疾病发生发展的机制,具体介绍了ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸通过改变细胞膜结构影响免疫细胞活化、影响环氧合酶代谢途径等来减少炎性细胞因子释放进而发挥对过敏性疾病的缓解作用,为过敏性疾病人群的膳食脂肪酸摄入模式提供参考。
【Abstract】 The prevalence of allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis,asthma,food allergy,andatopic dermatitis has increased dramatically during the last decades,which is affecting more and more people.Numerous studies have found that the intake of different fatty acids affects the onset and development of allergic diseases.Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,including eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA),docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) and its precursor linolenic acid,have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects,and are structural substances constituting cell membranes that provide energy for the organism.Moreover,omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and their metabolites in the body can regulate the immune function of the organism,which can in turn influence the onset and development of allergic diseases.The article reviewed the relationship between the intake of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid and the development of allergic diseases,the mechanism of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids affecting the development of allergic diseases,and specifically introduced that ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines by altering the structure of cell membranes,affecting the activation of immune cells and influencing cyclooxygenase metabolic pathways,thereby exerting a mitigating effect on allergic diseases,which provides a reference to the pattern of fatty acid intake of the population with allergic diseases.
