食物中亚精胺与肠道菌群相互作用机制

【摘要】 亚精胺是一类生物活性有机小分子,毒性低功效强,具有抗炎、抗氧化,增强线粒体代谢等功能。机体内亚精胺除外源膳食补充和细胞生物合成外,肠道菌群代谢也是亚精胺重要来源之一。而且亚精胺还可以和肠道菌群相互作用维持肠道稳态,在增强肠道免疫功能方面起到重要作用。亚精胺与肠道菌群相互机制主要包括两个方面:一方面亚精胺既是肠道益生菌的优选底物同时也是肠道益生菌的生长因子、另一方面亚精胺还是粘膜细胞生长调节剂,促进益生菌定植并抑制有害菌。亚精胺通过影响粘膜细胞的增殖分化与肠道菌群的定植代谢,进而发挥其肠道免疫保护作用。本文就亚精胺与肠道菌群相互作用机制进行综述,为进一步研究亚精胺调节机体免疫,预防或治疗特定肠道疾病提供理论指导。

【Abstract】 Spermidine is a kind of bioactive organic small molecule with low toxicity and strong effect.It has the functions of anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation and enhancing mitochondrial metabolism.In addition to dietary supplementation and cell biosynthesis,intestinal flora metabolism is also one of the important sources of spermidine.In addition,spermidine can also interact with intestinal flora to maintain intestinal homeostasis and play an important role in enhancing intestinal immune function.The interaction between spermidine and intestinal flora mainly includes two aspects:on the one hand,spermidine is not only the preferred substrate of intestinal probiotics,but also the growth factor of intestinal probiotics;on the other hand,spermidine is also the growth regulator of mucosal cells,promoting the colonization of probiotics and inhibiting harmful bacteria.Spermidine plays a protective role in intestinal immunity by influencing the proliferation and differentiation of mucosal cells and the colonization and metabolism of intestinal flora.In this paper,the interaction mechanism between spermidine and intestinal flora was reviewed in order to provide theoretical guidance for further study on the regulation of immunity and the prevention or treatment of specific intestinal diseases.
