不锈钢尾渣在烧结中配加的试验研究

【摘要】 随着我国不锈钢产量的大幅增加,不锈钢生产过程中产生的钢渣量日益增多。如何实现不锈钢钢渣的资源综合利用一直是国内外钢渣处理研究的重点和难题。本文根据不锈钢钢渣的不同物理、化学特性,通过烧结杯试验,进行了不同添加量对烧结矿性能的影响。试验结果为:在同碱度生产的条件下,配加1%的不锈钢尾渣,烧结矿全铁下降0.3-0.4%左右,其它指标相对未受影响,可以考虑在烧结生产中按1.5%比例配加使用。
【Abstract】 As a solid waste in the steelmaking process,steel slag was stored in land,which not only caused a series of environmental problems,but also wasted resources,and steel slag could not be fully utilized.How to reuse steel slag more effectively has become a research hotspot.Taking stainless steel slag in a steel plant as the main research object,the effects of different addition amounts on the properties of sinter were investigated.The amount of sinter flux decreased gradually with adding steel slag;Both the sinter grade and drum strength decreased with increasing the dosage of steel slag,while sintered burning lossed and yield improved.The optimum dosage of steel slag was 1.5%.
