60GHz毫米波收发前端的设计与研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种应用于封闭空间内短距离保密通信的射频收发前端。该前端可实现在60GHz的频率下,5m内误码率在10-6内的通信。本文提出该系统前端的总体设计方案,并对其进行分析、测试。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces an RF transceiver front end for short-range secure communication in enclosed space.This front-end enables communication within 5M bit error rate within 10-6 at a frequency of 60GHz.This paper puts forward the overall design scheme of the front-end of the system,analyzes and tests it.
