亚太赫兹高增益透镜天线与低剖面缝隙波导馈源天线设计
Design of sub-terahertz high gain lens antenna and low profile slot waveguide feed antenna

【摘要】 本文研制了一种工作于亚太赫兹频段的基于几何光学的高增益菲涅尔透镜天线,使用新型材料环状树脂制作了实物,整体厚度仅3 mm。该天线实测工作于115-160 GHz,最大增益为31.6 dBi。进一步地,研制了一种亚太赫兹缝隙波导天线,可作为透镜的平面馈源,使用铣削工艺制作了实物,实测工作于111-132 GHz,最大增益14.6 dBi。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a high-gain Fresnel lens antenna based on geometric optics, which operates in the sub-terahertz frequency band, is developed by using a novel cyclic olefin copolymer(COC) material, which has an overall thickness of about 3 mm. The antenna operates from 115 to 160 GHz, achieving a maximum gain of 31.6 dBi. Furthermore, a sub-terahertz slot waveguide antenna is developed, which can be used as the planar feed for the lens. It is fabricated by milling process and works from 111 to 132 GHz with a maximum gain of 14.6 dBi.
