W波段毫米波上下变频技术研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了工作在W波段的毫米波上下变频模块及为其提供本振的本振源。该变频模块为超外差结构,工作频率为92-96GHz,中频9.5-10.5GHz,发射功率大于15d Bm。结合后级功放最终可实现35dBm的输出功率。本文针对变频模块关键技术进行了方案设计和详细研究,并进行了实物加工及测试。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the millimeter wave up-down frequency conversion modular which working in the W band and the local oscillator source t. The frequency conversion module has a superheterodyne structure, the working frequency is 92-96GHz, Intermediate frequency is 9.5-10.5GHz, and the transmission power is greater than 15dBm. Combined with the post-stage power amplifier, the output power can eventually achieve more than 35dBm. In this paper, the scheme design and detailed research are carried out on the key technologies of frequency conversion modules, and the physical processing and testing are carried out.
