乡村振兴背景下小城镇风貌提升策略研究

【摘要】 在我国新型城镇化和乡村振兴战略背景下,小城镇作为联系城市与乡村的纽带,是重塑城乡关系、促进城乡融合发展的重要战略节点,是实现乡村振兴的"龙头"。但大多数小城镇由于此前的粗放无序发展,面临风貌"千城一面"与"一城前面"、环境品质较差等诸多问题与短板,极大地限制了其良性发展。小城镇风貌整治是科学推进城镇发展的重要举措,也是改善城镇发展质量的重要手段,有利于提升居民生活的人居环境。本文以陕北地域山水型小城镇黄陵县店头镇镇区风貌规划为例,提出店头镇镇区风貌构成体系,在深入总结现状问题的基础上,基于城镇要素确立其定位目标,依此提出具体的提升以及整治策略,从而促进店头镇镇区建设可持续发展。为小城镇提升人居空间品质、建设美好家园提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of China’s new urbanization and Rural Revitalization Strategy, small towns, as the link between cities and villages, are an important strategic node to reshape urban-rural relations and promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas, and the "leader" to realize rural revitalization. However, due to the previous extensive and disorderly development, most small towns are faced with many problems and shortcomings, such as "one side of a thousand cities" and "in front of a city", poor environmental quality and so on,which greatly limits their sound development. The renovation of small towns is an important measure to scientifically promote urban development and an important means to improve the quality of urban development,which is conducive to improving the living environment of residents. Taking the style planning of Diantou Town,Huangling County, a small landscape town in Northern Shaanxi as an example, this paper puts forward the style composition system of Diantou town. On the basis of deeply summarizing the current situation and problems, this paper establishes its positioning objectives based on urban elements, and puts forward specific promotion and renovation strategies, so as to promote the sustainable development of Diantou town construction. Provide reference for small towns to improve the quality of living space and build a better home.更多还原
