SPS方法制备VGCF/304L不锈钢复合材料及其性能评价

【摘要】 本文主要以304L不锈钢粉末和VGCF作为基体和增强相,优化了行星球磨混料工艺,并通过放电等离子烧结(SPS)方法制备了304L不锈钢烧结体和2vol.%纳米碳纤维(VGCF)/304L不锈钢复合材料,同时对其进行了相含量、晶粒尺寸和力学性能的评价。实验结果表明:优化后的混料工艺在950℃保温10min条件下SPS制备的304L不锈钢烧结体和2vol.%VGCF/304L不锈钢复合材料,其维氏硬度分别为244 HV和310 HV,提高了约27.0%,屈服强度分别为587.1 MPa和890.2 MPa,提高了约51.6%,极限抗拉强度分别为821.5 MPa和1064.7 MPa,提高了约29.6%。

【Abstract】 In this paper,304L stainless steel powder and VGCF were used as the matrix and reinforcing phase,the planetary grinding mixing process was optimized,and 304L stainless steel sintered body and 2vol.% nanocarbon fiber(VGCF)/304L stainless steel composite were prepared by discharge plasma sintering(SPS) method. The phase content,grain size and mechanical properties were also evaluated. The experimental results show that:The Vickers hardness of 304L sintered stainless steel and 2vol.%VGCF/304L stainless steel composite prepared by SPS under the condition of 950℃ for 10 min after the optimized mixing process is 244 HV and 310 HV respectively,which increases by about 27.0%. The yield strength was 587.1 MPa and 890.2 MPa,and the ultimate tensile strength was 821.5 MPa and 1064.7 MPa,respectively,with an increase of about 51.6%.
