一种应用于调频连续波雷达的微带和差网络

【摘要】 本文提出了一种应用于调频连续波雷达系统的微带线和差网络。通过将4个90°3dB定向分支线耦合器和4个90°移相网络相连并添加延长线,实现了在4×4规模的毫米波天线阵面范围外布局,从而方便内部进行波束合成芯片与天线馈电走线。仿真结果显示和差网络在目标频段25~27 GHz频段内反射系数小于-10 dB。在调频连续波雷达系统中进行测试验证,结果表明能在±20°内进行方位角角度定位,误差控制在±3°以内。具有较好的定向精度以及较为灵活的布局方式的优点。
【Abstract】 This article presents a microstrip sum and difference network designed for use in frequency modulated continuous wave(FMCW) radar systems.By connecting four 90° 3 dB directional couplers and four 90° phase-shifter networks with extension lines,the proposed network encloses a 4x4 millimeter wave antenna array,simplifying the internal routing of antenna feed lines.Simulation results demonstrate that the sum and difference network has a reflection coefficient of less than-10 dB within the target frequency range of 25-27 GHz.System testing shows that it can achieve angle positioning within ±25° with an error of less than ±3°,indicating excellent directional accuracy and a more flexible layout approach.
