配位聚合物杂化材料的制备及抗菌性能研究

【摘要】 有机农药、染料和细菌等在废水中的长期积累和富集,严重威胁着环境和人体健康。开发有效的污水处理功能材料仍然是一个巨大的挑战。因此,本文在阳离子共聚物的诱导下,成功合成了一种具有纳米尖端、强正电性和丰富吸附活性位点的新型六角纺锤形Fe-MOF(Hs-FeMOF)杂化材料。讨论并验证了晶体生长反应的机理及其特殊形貌的形成。然后选取典型的生物污染物细菌,测定其在废水处理中的抗菌活性。结果表明,在废水处理中,Hs-FeMOF能够有效抑制细菌的生长,并且在实际水质抗菌应用中能展现出良好的抗菌活性,最低抑菌浓度为0.8 mg/mL。它为开发具有大量活性位点和正电性质的多功能杂化材料在废水处理中的应用提供了新的策略。

【Abstract】 The long-term accumulation and enrichment of organic pesticides,dyes and bacteria in wastewater is threatening environment and human health.It is still a great challenge for developing effective functional materials in wastewater treatment.Here,a novel eco-friendly hexagonal spindle-shaped Fe-MOFs(Hs-FeMOF) hybrid materials with excellent activity was successfully synthesized under induction of cationic copolymer,which has nano-meter tip,strong electropositivity and abundant adsorption active sites.And the mechanism of crystal growth reaction and formation of its special morphology were discussed and verified.Then,typical biological pollutants bacteria were selected for measuring its activity in wastewater treatment.The results showed that Hs-FeMOF could effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria in wastewater treatment,and showed good antibacterial activity in actual water antibacterial application,with the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 0.8 mg/mL.It provides a new strategy for the development of multifunctional hybrid materials with a large number of active sites and positive electric properties in wastewater treatment.
