Hf改性铝化物涂层的制备和氧化行为研究

【摘要】 Ni基高温合金常用做燃气轮机和涡轮发动机的热端部件。为了保证其抗高温氧化性能,通常在其表面施加高温防护涂层。本研究采用复合电镀Ni-Hf、电弧离子镀和真空退火工艺制备了不同Hf含量的Hf改性NiAl涂层。该制备工艺通过复合电镀的方法将改性元素引入到涂层中,不仅可以应用于多种改性元素,还可以应用于制备多元共改性的涂层。对涂层进行了1100℃循环氧化实验,结果表明添加Hf可以明显提高NiAl涂层的抗氧化性能。这主要归因于Hf改变了氧化膜的生长机制从而降低了氧化膜的生长应力和表面褶皱程度,并且在氧化膜和涂层界面处的HfO2"钉扎"提高了氧化膜的结合力。

【Abstract】 Ni-based superalloys are commonly used as hot end components of gas turbines and turbine engines.In order to ensure its high temperature oxidation resistance,high temperature protective coating is usually applied on its surface.In this study,Hf-doped NiAl coatings with different Hf contents are prepared by Ni-Hf composite plating,arc ion plating and vacuum annealing.The modified element is introduced into the coating by the method of composite electroplating,which can be applied not only to a variety of modified elements,but also to the preparation of multiple co-modified coating.The 1100 ℃ cyclic oxidation is carried out.The results show that adding Hf can significantly improve the oxidation resistance of the NiAl coating.The main reason is that Hf changes the growth mechanism of oxide scale,thus reducing the growth stress of oxide scale and the degree of rumpling,and HfO2 "pegs" at the oxide scale/coating interface improves the adherence of oxide scale.
