城镇高品质再生水利用及水环境改善工程设计与效益评估

【摘要】 城镇污水厂排水再生利用是解决区域水资源短缺和水环境质量问题的有效途径,以实际工程为例,从项目全过程视角进行规划设计和要点分析,对资源、环境和生态价值进行效益评估,结果表明:工程实施后,近期2023年水资源增加量可达到7300万m~3/a。污水回用率提升至40.5%,可保障75.3%农业及生态用水,水环境容量提升至3373t/a,增加湿地、林地和水域面积分别为178万m~2、6000亩和320万m~2,蓝绿空间面积增加898万m~2,辖区生态服务功能价值提升1.11亿元/年。

【Abstract】 The drainage and recycling of urban sewage plant is an effective way to solve regional water resource shortage and water environment quality problems. Taking the actual project as an example, the design and key points were analyzed from the perspective of the whole process of the project, and the benefits of resources,environment and ecological values were evaluated. The results show that: After the implementation of the project, the increase of water resources in 2023 can reach 73million m~3/a, the reuse rate of sewage can be increased to 40.5%, 75.3% of agricultural and ecological water can be guaranteed, and the water environmental capacity can be increased to 3373t/a. The area of wetland, forest and water area can be increased to 1.78 million m~2, 6,000 acre and 3.2 million m~2. The area of blue and green space increased by 8.98 million m~2, the ecological service function value of the area increased by 111 million yuan per year.
