界面焊接环向钢筋的钢管混凝土叠合柱抗剪性能研究

【摘要】 为研究界面焊接环向钢筋的钢管混凝土叠合柱的抗剪性能,以环向钢筋的布置间距和直径为研究参数,对6根叠合柱试件进行了横向剪切静力试验和数值模拟,分析了各参数对试件的破坏过程、破坏形态、荷载-跨中挠度曲线以及抗剪承载力的影响规律。研究结果表明:界面环向钢筋布置方案不同的叠合柱试件破坏形态基本相同,均发生斜压破坏;试件的受力过程可划分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段、强化阶段和破坏阶段四个阶段;随着界面环向钢筋布置间距的减小,试件的抗剪承载力提高显著,最大增幅达22%;增大界面环向钢筋的直径可提高试件的抗剪承载力,但作用效果有限,最大增幅仅为6.1%。最后,通过试验数据对有限元模型的有效性进行验证,并在此基础上开展了有限元受力机理分析,明确了此类叠合柱的受剪机理。
【Abstract】 To study the shear behavior of RC-encased CFST Columns with interface annular rebar,the transverse shear static test and numerical simulation of six composite columns were carried out with the spacing and diameter of interface annular rebars as the research parameters,and the influence laws of various parameters on the failure process,failure mode,load-midspan deflection curve and shear bearing capacity of the specimens were analyzed.The results show that the failure forms of composite columns with different interface annular rebar are basically the same,and all of them have oblique pressure failure.The stress process of the specimen can be divided into four stages:elastic stage,elastic-plastic stage,strengthening stage and failure stage.With the decrease of the spacing of interface annular rebar,the shear bearing capacity of the specimen is significantly improved,with the maximum increase of 22%.Increasing the diameter of interface annular rebar can improve the shear capacity of the specimen,but the effect is limited,and the maximum increase is only 6.1%.Finally,the validity of the finite element model is verified by the experimental data,and on this basis,the stress mechanism of the finite element is analyzed,and the shear mechanism of this kind of composite column is clarified.
