某高层低位连体复杂结构抗震设计方案解析

【摘要】 整个建筑联合体共同组成ㄈ型平面,包含杂技馆、群艺馆、妇儿及青少年活动中心和群艺工作室等四个结构单体。主塔结构体系采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。各单体均存在一定程度的不规则性。四个主塔之间的连接体分别为钢结构连廊、钢结构屋盖、玻璃幕墙及铝合金幕墙,连接体与主塔之间通过采用橡胶隔震支座及铅芯橡胶隔震支座形成柔性连接,有效隔离各个塔楼的地震响应,使得各个单体结构之间不产生相互作用和影响。本文重点阐述了如何通过设置隔震支座简化复杂连体结构的设计思路和方法。
【Abstract】 The entire building group forms a ㄈ-shaped plane, including four structural units: acrobatics hall, mass art gallery, women, children and youth activity center, and the studio of mass art gallery. The structure system of the main tower adopts a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure. Each unit has a certain degree of irregularity. The four main towers are connected by steel structure corridor, steel structureroofs, glass curtain walls and aluminum alloy curtain walls, anda flexible connection is formed between the connection body and the main tower through the use of rubber isolation bearings and lead core rubber isolation bearings, which effectively isolates the seismic response of each tower,so that there is no interaction and influence between the individual structures. This article focuses on how to simplify the design ideas and methods of complex connected structures by setting isolation bearings.
