【摘要】 现如今,随着智能手机的普及,给大学生的日常生活和学习带来了许多便利。然而,过度使用智能手机则可能导致大学生学业水平下降,甚至还会影响其身心的健康发展。以往研究发现,童年创伤是导致手机成瘾的一个重要风险因素。本研究基于生态系统理论和津巴多时间知觉五因素理论,旨在通过检验时间知觉的中介效应,探讨童年创伤和手机成瘾之间存在的潜在机制。研究采用中文版儿童心理虐待和忽视量表、津巴多时间知觉量表以及智能手机成瘾量表对437名大学生进行调查。结果显示,(1)童年创伤与手机成瘾呈显著正相关,与时间知觉中过去消极、现在宿命论维度呈显著正相关,与未来呈显著负相关,手机成瘾与时间知觉中过去消极、现在宿命论呈显著正相关,与未来呈显著负相关;(2)中介效应分析显示,过去消极主义、现在宿命论和未来三个维度共同中介了童年创伤对大学生手机成瘾的影响。这项研究的结果表明,童年创伤不仅直接影响大学生的手机成瘾,还可能通过时间知觉,如过去消极主义、现在宿命论和未来这三条路径对大学生的手机成瘾产生影响。因此,关注对时间知觉的干预,特别是过去消极、现在宿命论和未来三个维度,可能是预防大学生手机成瘾产生的一种有效方法。童年创伤和手机成瘾都是大学生面临的重要问题,同时童年创伤对大学生的影响是深远的,并可能影响到成年后手机成瘾的产生。基于此,对于手机成瘾的大学生需要关注他们的早期经历,以及这种早期创伤对时间知觉的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,with the popularity of smart phones,it brings many conveniences to the daily life of college students.However,excessive use of smartphones may lead to lower academic performance and even affect the physical and mental health of college students.Previous studies have found that childhood trauma is an important risk factor for smartphone addiction.Based on the ecosystem theory and Zimbardo’s five-factor theory of time perspective,this study aimed to explore the potential mechanisms between childhood trauma and smartphone addiction by examining the mediating effect of time perspective.The study used the Chinese version of the Childhood Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale,the Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory,and the Smartphone Addiction Scale to investigate 437 college students.The results showed that(1) childhood trauma was significantly and positively correlated with smartphone addiction,significantly and positively correlated with the past negative and present fatalism dimensions of time perspective,and significantly and negatively correlated with the future,and smartphone addiction was significantly and positively correlated with the past negative and present fatalism dimensions of time perspective,and significantly and negatively correlated with the future;(2) the mediation effect analysis showed that the three dimensions of past negative,present fatalism and the future jointly mediated the effect of childhood trauma on college students’ smartphone addiction.The results of this study suggest that childhood trauma not only directly affects college students’ smartphone addiction,but also may influence college students’ smartphone addiction through three paths of time perspective,such as past negative,present fatalism,and future.Therefore,focusing on the intervention of time perspective,especially the three dimensions of past negative,present fatalism and future,may be an effective way to prevent the emergence of smartphone addiction among college students.Childhood trauma and smartphone addiction are both important issues facing college students,while the impact of childhood trauma on college students is profound and may affect the emergence of smartphone addiction in adulthood.For this reason,it is important to pay attention to the early experiences of college students who are addicted to smartphones and the impact of such early trauma on time perspective.更多还原
