童年创伤与学校适应:中国初一学生的一个链式中介模型

【摘要】 背景:近年来青少年学校适应问题得到广泛关注,而童年创伤是导致此问题的重要因素,研究表明童年创伤对心理健康的影响可能是长期的,因此有必要进一步探讨其影响机制。目的:本研究旨在探讨童年创伤对中国初一学生学校适应的影响,并探讨社会支持和安全感在儿童创伤-学校适应联系中的潜在中介作用。被试与地点:被试选自西北地区一所初中,共收集有效问卷462份。参与者被要求完成测量童年创伤问卷(The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire)、青少年社会支持问卷(The Youth Social Support Questionnaire)、安全感调查问卷(The Security Questionnaire)和学校适应问卷(The School Adaptation Questionnaire)。方法:使用SPSS AMOS 24.0和Mplus 8.4进行路径分析。结果:1)中国初一学生的儿童创伤与学校适应,社会支持以及安全感均呈负相关。社会支持与学校适应,安全感与学校适应两两呈正相关。2)儿童创伤通过社会支持对学校适应产生了显著的间接影响,儿童创伤对学校适应的影响也由安全感介导。此外,儿童创伤通过社会支持和安全感对学校适应有显著的间接影响。结论:本研究进一步探讨了童年创伤对青少年学校适应的影响机制,研究发现了社会支持和安全感在童年创伤与学校适应的关系中起中介作用。其结果有助于研究人员和从业者从综合角度理解经历童年创伤的青少年的学习适应问题,并且在制定干预措施以改善此类青少年的学校适应时,应特别注意改善其社会支持以及安全感。

【Abstract】 Background:in recent years,adolescents’ school adaptation has received widespread attention,and childhood trauma is an important factor leading to this problem.Research shows that the impact of childhood trauma on mental health may be long-term,so it is necessary to further explore its impact mechanism.Objective:The objective of this study was to examine the effect of childhood trauma on school adaptation among Chinese junior grade one students and explore the potential mediating roles of social support and security in the childhood trauma-school adaptation linkage.Participants and setting:From a junior high school in northwest China,462 valid questionnaires were collected.Participants were asked to complete The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire、The Youth Social Support Questionnaire、The Security Questionnaire and The School Adaptation Questionnaire.Method:Pathway analysis was conducted using SPSS AMOS 24.0and Mplus 8.4.Results:1) childhood trauma of Chinese junior grade one school students was negatively correlated with school adaptation,social support and security.Social support is positively correlated with school adaptation,and security is positively correlated with school adaptation.2) childhood trauma has a significant indirect impact on school adaptation through social support,and the impact of child trauma on school adaptation is also mediated by security.In addition,childhood trauma has a significant indirect impact on school adaptation through social support and security.Conclusion:This study further explored the impact mechanism of childhood trauma on adolescents’ school adaptation,and found that social support and security play a mediating role in the relationship between childhood trauma and school adaptation.The results are helpful for researchers and practitioners to understand the learning adaptation of adolescents who have experienced childhood trauma from a comprehensive perspective,and when formulating interventions to improve the school adaptation of such adolescents,special attention should be paid to improving their social support and sense of security.
