积极共情对高中生亲社会行为的影响:有调节的中介效应

【摘要】 亲社会行为是指一切有益于他人和社会的积极行为,高中生大多处于青春期,正是亲社会行为发展的关键时期,因此探索高中生亲社会行为产生的作用机制,对高中生道德品质培养有非常重要的启发意义。已有研究表明,共情对亲社会行为有较强的影响力,积极共情作为共情研究的新兴领域也被认为对亲社会行为有一定影响。此外,自我建构作为重要的自我特质之一,必然会对亲社会行为产生影响,而下行社会比较通常使自我得到肯定和满足,此时个体拥有更充足的心理资源促进其自我建构的发展。目的:为了探讨高中生积极共情对亲社会行为倾向产生影响的作用机制,采用问卷法对河南省的775名高中生进行调查,深入讨论了自我构建的中介作用和社会比较的调节作用。方法:社会比较采用人物描述任务范式,同时使用《积极共情量表》、《自我建构量表》和《亲社会行为倾向量表》对高中生进行调查。结果发现:(1)积极共情对亲社会行为有显著的正向预测作用;(2)独立性自我建构和依存性自我建构分别在积极共情和亲社会行为之间起部分中介作用;(3)下行社会比较显著调节积极共情对独立性自我建构的影响。研究结果为高中生积极共情、自我建构、社会比较和亲社会行为间的动态关系提供了数据支持,为促进高中生亲社会行为提供新的思路和方法。

【Abstract】 Prosocial behavior refers to all positive behaviors that are beneficial to others and society.Most senior high school students are in adolescence,which is the critical period for the development of prosocial behavior.Therefore,exploring the mechanism of prosocial behavior in senior high school students is of great significance to the cultivation of moral character of senior high school students.Previous studies have shown that empathy has a strong influence on prosocial behavior,and positive empathy,as a new field of empathy research,is also considered to have a certain influence on prosocial behavior.In addition,self-construal,as one of the important self-traits,will inevitably affect prosocial behavior,while downward social comparison usually leads to self-affirmation and satisfaction,when individuals have more adequate psychological resources to promote the development of self-construal.Objective:To investigate the effect of positive empathy on prosocial behavior in senior high school students,775 senior high school students in Henan province were investigated by questionnaire,and the mediating role of self-construction and the moderating role of social comparison were discussed.Methods:Using the Social Comparison Person Description Task,the Positive Empathy Scale,the Self-Construal Scale and the Prosocial Tendencies Measure.The results showed that:(1) Positive empathy had a significant positive predictive effect on prosocial behavior.(2) Independent self-construal and interdependent self-construal partially mediated the relationship between positive empathy and prosocial behavior.(3) Downward social comparison significantly moderated the effect of positive empathy on independent self-construal.The findings provide data to support the dynamic relationship between positive empathy,self-construal,social comparison and prosocial behavior in high school student groups,and provide new ideas and methods to promote prosocial behavior in high school students.
