【摘要】 目的:翻译并修订社会情境下的自我-社会联结量表,探索社会情境下的自我-社会联结量表在我国青少年中的适用性。探讨宽恕、社会联结在青少年抑郁对自杀意念影响中的作用。方法:(1)对英文版社会情境下的自我-社会联结量表进行翻译、跨文化调适,形成社会情境下的自我-社会联结量表中文版。选取潍坊市某高中3个年级295名学生进行调查,评价其信效度。(2)采用整群抽样的方法,以潍坊市1275名高中学生为研究的对象。采用贝克抑郁自评量表、贝克自杀意念量表-中文版、宽恕量表和社会情境下的自我-社会联结量表中文版进行调查。结果:(1)项目分析显示,社会情境下的自我-社会联结量表中文版的45个条目决断值差异检验均有统计学意义(t=6.34～15.11,p<0.001),四个维度及其相应条目的相关系数在0.435-0.856之间(p<0.01)。效度检验显示,验证性因子分析显示社会情境下的自我-社会联结量表中文版拟合优度指数良好(χ~2/df=1.977,CFI=0.859,NFI=0.755,IFI=0.862)。效标关联效度检验显示社会情境下的自我-社会联结量表各维度与领悟社会支持各维度相关系数均达到显著水平(r=0.047～0.069,p<0.01)。信度检验显示,社会情境下的自我-社会联结量表的Cronbach’α系数:总量表为0.954,同伴联结为0.902,家庭联结为0.924,社区联结为0.883,学校联结为0.898。(2)青少年近一周自杀意念发生率为11.18%,其中男性青少年为9.43%,女性青少年为13.31%;最消沉最忧郁时自杀意念发生率约为40.48%,其中男性为38.29%,女性为43.75%。相关分析显示,宽恕、社会联结与抑郁症状(r=-0.261～-0.576,p<0.01)、自杀意念(r=-0.127～-0.346,p<0.01)呈显著负相关。调节效应分析显示,宽恕(B=-0.206,SE=-10.239,p<0.001,95%CI:-0.246～-0.167)、社会联结(B=-0.178,SE=0.019,p<0.001,95%CI:-0.216～-0.140)在抑郁症状对自杀意念的影响中具有调节作用。结论:宽恕和社会联结在青少年抑郁症状和自杀意念中具有调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Translate and revise the self in a social context-social connectedness scale,and to explore the applicability of the self in a social context-social connectedness scale in Chinese adolescents.To explore the effect of forgiveness and social connectedness in adolescents’ depression severity on suicidal ideation.Methods:(1) Translating and interculturally adjusting the English version of the self in a social context-social connectedness scale into the Chinese version.295 students of 3 grades in a middle school in Weifang were investigated to evaluate its reliability and validity.(2) Cluster sampling was applied in this study,1275 senior high school students in Weifang were investigated.Informed Consent and General Situation Inventory,Beck Depression Inventory,Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese Version,the Heartland Forgiveness Scale,and the Self in a Social Context-Social Connectedness Scale-Chinese version were used.Results:(1)The project analysis showed that,Criteria Value was different significant in the 45 items of the Self in a Social Context-Social Connectedness Scale-Chinese Version(t=6.34～15.11,p<0.001).The correlation coefficients of the four dimension and its corresponding items ranged from 0.435to 0.856(p<0.001).Validity tests show that,Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the Self in a Social Context-Social Connectedness Scale-Chinese Version had a good goodness of fit index(chi-square value/df=1.977,CFI=0.859,NFI=0.755,IFI=0.862).The criterion-related validity test showed that the correlations between the dimensions of the self in a Social Context-Social Connectedness Scale and the dimensions of Perceived Social Support reached a significant level(r=0.047～0.069,p<0.01).Reliability tests show that,the Cronbach’ α coefficient of the Self in a Social Context-Social Connectedness Scale-Chinese Version were:the total scale was 0.954,the peer connectedness was 0.902,the family connectedness was 0.924,the community connectedness was 0.883,and the school connectedness was 0.898.(2) The incidence of suicidal ideation among adolescents in the past week was 11.18% with 9.43% in male and 13.31% in female.The incidence of suicidal ideation among adolescents in the lowest depression was 40.48% with38.29% in male and 43.75% in female.Correlation analysis showed that forgiveness and social connection were negatively correlated with depression severity(r=-0.261～-0.576,p<0.01) and suicidal ideation(r=-0.127～-0.346,p<0.01) significantly.The moderating effect analysis showed that forgiveness(B=-0.206,SE=-10.239,p<0.001,95% CI:-0.246～-0.167),social connectedness(B=-0.178,SE=0.019,p<0.001,95% CI:-0.216～-0.140) and negative cognitive processing bias(B=0.243,SE=0.021,p<0.001,95% CI:0.202～0.283) moderated the effect of depressive severity on suicidal ideation.Conclusions:Forgiveness and social connectedness play a moderating effect respectively between depression severity and suicidal ideation.更多还原
