【摘要】 目的苯溴马隆联合痛风定胶囊治疗对高尿酸血症的作用。方法本次实验内容主要是分析不同的治疗方法对于针100例高尿酸血症患者的作用,分组实验对比,将100例病人分为两个小组进行治疗,采用不同的治疗手段分别为苯溴马隆和苯溴马隆联合痛风定胶囊治疗,实验时间时间为最早从2020年1月开始,最晚到2021年2月结束,实验小组两组人数均等,每组50例,采用苯溴马隆的为常规组,采用苯溴马隆联合痛风定胶囊治疗的为试验组。实验结果分析主要根据病人对于苯溴马隆和苯溴马隆联合痛风定胶囊治疗肾功能指标、病人的治疗效果进行治疗效果判断。结果治疗前病人的肾功能指标进行对比结果显示无差异(P>0.05),在治疗后的肾功能指标对比显示,两组间试验组更优(P<0.05);病人的治疗效果对比结果显示,采用苯溴马隆联合痛风定胶囊治疗的小组效果更好(P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症对于病人的日常生活影响较大,采用苯溴马隆联合痛风定胶囊治疗效果较好,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of benzbromarone combined with Tongfengding capsule on hyperuricemia.Methods The main content of this experiment is to analyze the effect of different treatment methods on 100 patients with hyperuricemia,and divide the 100 patients into two groups for treatment,using different treatment methods,namely,benzbromarone and benzbromarone combined with goufengding capsule.The experimental time is from January 2020 at the earliest to February 2021 at the latest.The two groups are equally divided,with 50 patients in each group,The patients who were treated with benzbromarone were in the routine group,and those who were treated with benzbromarone combined with Tongfengding capsule were in the experimental group.The analysis of experimental results is mainly based on the treatment effect of patients on the renal function index and the treatment effect of patients treated with benzbromarone and benzbromarone combined with Tongfengding capsule.Results There was no difference in the renal function indexes of the patients before treatment(P>0.05).The comparison of renal function indexes after treatment showed that the test group was better between the two groups(P<0.05);The results of the comparison of the treatment effects of patients showed that the group treated with benzbromarone combined with Tongfengding capsule had better effect(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperuricemia has a great impact on the daily life of patients,and the treatment effect of benzbromarone combined with Tongfengding capsule is good,which is worth popularizing.更多还原
