小鼠非手术胚胎移植器研究
Comparison of three types of mice transcervical embryo transfer devices

【摘要】 目的为了提高小鼠非手术法胚胎移植成功率,改进小鼠的非手术法胚胎移植器,完善小鼠非手术法胚胎移植程序。方法本试验设计了3种不同的胚胎移植器,比较不同胚胎移植器的移植成功率,进一步改进移植器,优化移植程序。结果 C型移植器的移植妊娠率和着床率(77.8%、60.3%)均高于A型(66.7%、23.0%)和B型(61.1%、45.1%)。因此将C型移植器做进一步改进,将其移植管的长度延长至27 mm,移植后的妊娠率、着床率都得到进一步提高,分别为92.9%、76.3%,出生率也达到73.1%。结论本研究成功改进了小鼠非手术胚胎移植器,优化了移植程序,使非手术法胚胎移植效率与手术法相当,且更加简单、快捷、易掌握,同时还为人和其他大动物的非手术法胚胎移植提供了研究模型。
【Abstract】 Objective In order to increase the success rate of non-surgical embryo transfer,improve the non-surgical embryo transfer device and optimize the procedure of non-surgical embryo transfer in mice.Methods Three different transcervical embryo devices were designed in this study,and the procedure of non-surgical embryo transfer in mice was optimized by comparing the success rate of different transcervical embryo transfer devices.Results The results showed that the pregnancy rate and implantation rate of type C(77.8% and 60.3%) were higher than those of type A(66.7% and 38.9%) and type B(61.1% and 45.1%).Therefore,we further improved the type C by extending the length of the tube to 27 mm,and the pregnancy rate and implantation rate after embryo transfer were further improved,which were 92.9% and 76.3% respectively,and the birth rate also reached 73.1%.Conclusion In short,our research has successfully improved the mice transcervical embryo transfer device,optimized the transfer procedure,made the transcervical embryo transfer as efficient as surgical embryo transfer yet is much simpler,faster,and easier to use.At the same time,it also provides a research model for non-surgical embryo transfer of humans and other large animals.
