【Abstract】 Withdrawal refers to a series of physical and psychological reactions that occur when the use of certain substances(such as drugs or alcohol) is stopped or reduced after long-term use or exposure.With the use of addictive neurodrugs and the spread of alcohol,withdrawal has brought a heavy burden to human physical and mental health,and is a major medical and sociological problem that needs to be solved urgently.Animal models of withdrawal reactions are widely used in addiction research to explore the underlying mechanisms of withdrawal reactions and to develop potential treatments.The preparation and evaluation of these models is critical to obtaining accurate and repeatable research results.This paper reviews the recent progress in the preparation and evaluation of animal models of withdrawal reaction,including drug administration regimen,physiological and behavioral indexes,and the use of different animal species.更多还原
