组合桩基础桩身预制桩-水泥土接触面摩擦特性试验研究

【摘要】 近年来国内外均出现了一些由预制桩和水泥土组成的组合桩,组合桩的桩侧承载性能受预制桩-水泥土接触面摩擦性质和桩周水泥土强度的影响。本文通过桩土接触面剪切试验对预制桩-水泥土接触面的摩擦性能进行了研究,并对水泥土的强度对接触面摩擦性能的影响进行了分析与研究。研究结果表明:预制管桩-水泥土接触面的极限侧摩阻力随着水泥土的强度的增加而增长,当水泥土强度从65k Pa增加到1500k Pa时,预制管桩-水泥土接触面的极限侧摩阻力从7.58k Pa增加到204k Pa;基于试验结果提出了预制管桩-水泥土接触面的粘结系数,当水泥土强度在65~1500k Pa范围内,粘结系数的数值在0.116~0.141。

【Abstract】 In recent years,several composite piles which consisted of precast pile and cemented soil occurred all around the world,and the shaft capacity of composite pile was controlled by the frictional capacity of precast pile-cemented soil interface and the strength of cemented soil.This paper investigated the frictional capacity of precast pile-cemented soil interface through interface shear tests,and the influence of cemented soil strength on the frictional capacity of precast pile-cemented soil interface was also studied.The test results showed that:the ultimate skin friction of precast pile-cemented soil interface increased with the increase of cemented soil strength,and the interface ultimate skin friction increased from 7.58 k Pa to 204 k Pa as the cemented soil strength increased from 65 k Pa to 1500 k Pa;a cohesion coefficient was proposed for the precast pipe pile-cemented soil interface,and the value of cohesion coefficient was in the range 0.116~0.141 when the cemented soil strength increased from 65 k Pa to 1500 k Pa.
