河南省汽车电子产业现状与发展建议

【摘要】 介绍了河南省汽车电子产业发展的基本情况,分析了河南省汽车电子产业当前所面临的企业发展规模不大、产业链条较短,自主创新能力较弱,缺乏汽车电子电器专业技术人才,产业发展环境需进一步完善等问题。提出了把握政策导向、紧跟市场趋势,优化政策环境、加强政策扶持,搭建综合创新平台、提升研发服务能力,以及加强人才队伍建设、提供人力资源支撑的发展政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the basic situation ofthe development of automobile electronics indastry in Henan Province,and analyzes the current development probleoms,such as small enterprise development scale,short industrial chain,weak independent innovation ability,lack of professional and technical personnel,and the industrial development envronment needs to be further improved.It puts forward the development policy suggestions to grasp the policy orientation,closely follow the market trend,optimize the policy environment,strengthen the policy support,build a comprehensive innovation platform,enhance the research and development service capacity,and strengthen the construction of talent team,and provide human resource support.更多还原
